Lumino Dental — Patient Appointment Platform

A patient-facing dental service platform serving the New Zealand market. The system allows patients to search for dental clinics, book appointments, and access information about dental services. Built on Kentico 8 CMS with ASP.NET Web Forms backend.

    • Maintained and enhanced backend components using ASP.NET C# and Kentico 8.
    • Implemented new features for appointment booking workflows.
    • Performed bug fixing and system support under Scrum methodology.
    • Collaborated with the Ogilvy Australia team on delivery and QA.

    • Centralized authentication via Keycloak SSO to decouple authentication concerns from application logic
    • Implemented application-level RBAC to allow fine-grained access control across internal modules.
    • Chose Windows Task Scheduler for predictable and reliable execution in an on-premise enterprise environment.
    • Designed the system with modular boundaries to support future feature expansion and maintenance.
