JamtuKimiaUnhan — Academic Information System UI Prototype

A clickable frontend UI prototype built for the Chemistry Department of Universitas Pertahanan RI (Unhan RI). The prototype covers four modules — landing page, BKD Online System, SI-Borang Unhan, and E-SAMI — designed to be presented to university stakeholders for approval before backend development begins.

  • Key Contributions
    • Designed and built complete UI for landing page and three system modules: BKD Online, SI-Borang, and E-SAMI.
    • Implemented fully navigatable multi-page prototype using Bootstrap.
    • Delivered clickable prototype suitable for stakeholder presentation and approval.
  • Architecture & Technical Decisions
    • Centralized authentication via Keycloak SSO to decouple authentication concerns from application logic
    • Implemented application-level RBAC to allow fine-grained access control across internal modules.
    • Chose Windows Task Scheduler for predictable and reliable execution in an on-premise enterprise environment.
    • Designed the system with modular boundaries to support future feature expansion and maintenance.
